The permit only allowed protesters to be on the lawn area of the Capitol on January 17, 2012 for the National Action calling all occupations to "Occupy Congress." Any attempt to go forth was met with police action including arrest.  Pictured here is a woman glaring in the direction of the Capitol Police showing no signs of being intimidated by the police line.
